I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel. Nice. Clean. Quaint. But the chairs in the room, made out of Pleather(Plastic that wants to be Leather) , have to go. Both chairs in the room were peeling. It was scary, and not sanitary. Other than that, it was all good.

They did not have breakfast for us,the location was good, I had to pay an extra $50 just to get in my room before 3 pm I arrived at 12:30/1:30pm, I had no hand soap, the tub looked like it had a ring around it, it was a jacuzzi , if you wanted it you had to pay $40,we were going to get it but it wasn’t available in our room, also I told the front desk as we we’re leaving no that I did not want housekeeping in my room, when I returned housekeeping had came in and redid room and even arranged my personal belongings, the pool water was green, very unhappy customer!

Outside is very nice ... Pool closed for maintenance so can't go swimming. Restaurant in hotel is closed . So nothing to eat and no breakfast even though booking .com says breakfast. Bath tub drain needs to be unclogged. 3rd floor elevator must don't work paper over button in elevator. This place needs help fast or just close it. But this my first and last time staying here. Go somewhere else trust me

They didn't give me my deposit back and when my wife was down stairs in the lobby she overheard the concierge talking about how he just got a customers credit card info and was going to charge it 50 for personal use

I booked my hotel reservations through a third-party source and had to pay an additional tax along with my deposit fee. On top of that my card was charged multiple times during my stay because of inexperienced staff.

The only thing was the bed was very comfortable. It took 30 min to check in. The carts for luggage all had flat tires. Two chairs in the room looked like something you would find in a land fill. The carpet in the whole place looked like they were 30 years old. The front desk gave us a key for a room that was occupied already. I have pictures of what our room looked like. This was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Can't believe you all have this piece of crap place on your Website.
